Hubballi Mourns: Governor Pays Tribute to Late Mrs. Dakshayani Pattanshetti

Hubballi: Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot visited the residence of Professor S. V. Pattanshetti in Green Garden on Friday to pay his respects following the demise of Mrs. Dakshayani Pattanshetti, who passed away on Wednesday.

Gehlot, who was in the city on Friday to attend various programs with Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar, headed directly to Pattanshetti’s residence from the airport. There, he paid tribute to Mrs. Dakshayani by garlanding her portrait.

During the visit, Governor Gehlot offered solace to grieving family members, including Umadevi, the daughter of Mrs. Dakshayani Pattanshetti and Undersecretary to the Government of Karnataka, as well as R. Prabhu Shankar, son-in-law and special secretary to the Governor.

Subsequently, Governor Gehlot extended his condolences to Girish Pattanshetti, the journalist son of the late Dakshayani Pattanshetti.

The visit by Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot was a gesture of sympathy and support during this challenging time for the Pattanshetti family.
